Even in this day and age women still experience discrimination in the church. In nations around the world we are still treated as property, we are still vulnerable in so many ways.

I know how much the Lord loves me and Jesus was so gentle and respectful towards women. Something did not fit. I could feel almost a spiritual negativity against women that seemed universal.

While reading scripture one day a phrase jumped out at me. Genesis 3:15 And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and hers he will crush your head and
you will strike his heel (NSRV). If Satan hates us and we hate him maybe that is what I feel in this world.

I also noticed that Eve was deceived because she wanted power. There are a variety of ways that women try to get power nowadays, some of them are very negative and it sometimes blows up in our
face like Eve.

And what in the world is a helpmeet? I found that all of these questions connected and related to each other after my husband began to study the first husband and wife and God’s original plan. Take this journey with me and discover God’s plan for us my sister. It is oh so good.
